Registration for German Courses

At the PSP Sprachpunkt Office

• You may fill in the application at our office at least seven days before the beginning of the German Course. You may either pay in cash or transfer the fee to the stated bank account. Your spot is guaranteed only after you have paid.

Online

• You may fill in the application form on our website and submit it electronically. When we have received your form we will then send you a confirmation. The fee for the German Course should then be paid within the next three days, either by dropping the payment off at our office or by transfering the money to the stated bank account. Once you have paid, you are guaranteed a spot in the German Course. We will also send you a confirmation that we have received your payment.

By Post

• You may post a filled out application to our office and we will notify you of its arrival. Once we have told you that we have received your application, you should then transfer the German Course fee to the stated bank account. We will also send you a confirmation that the transfer was successful.

• An application for the German Course that is submitted later than 7 days before the course begins will only be reviewed if there are still openings in the class. In the case of a partial payment made, the participant must pay the remaining sum no later than the first day of class.

• In the case of a partial or complete withdrawl from the course later than 7 days before the starting date, there will be no refund of the fee by PSP Sprachpunkt.

• In the case of a written withdrawl from the German Course no later than 7 days before the start, PSP Sprachpunkt will refund the money but will deduct 25 Euro.

• If the participant does not take part in the German Course because of his/her own choice, he/she does not have the right to participate in another course at a later date.

• PSP Sprachpunkt is not liable for property damages, loss, or damages to health.

• In case of an insufficient number of participants, PSP Sprachpunkt reserves the right to postpone the German Course for up to three weeks.

• PSP Sprachpunkt reserves the right to change the lecturer within the duration of the German Course.

• At the end of the German Course every participant will receive a certificate of completion by request only.

• PSP Sprachpunkt will only use the participant’s personal data to fulfill the contract. The participant agrees to this by the electronic retention of his/her personal data.

• With the participant’s signature, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions.
