In the heart of Berlin-Neukölln,

beloved for its multicultural atmosphere, this splendid apartment overlooks the inner courtyard of a turn-of-the-century house, an oasis from the hustle and bustle where you can recharge your battery.

Infrastructure:
Within walking distance are a shopping center, the Arkaden Neukölln, outfitted with a cinema and gym, the Karstadt department store, numerous supermarkets, beverage shops, late-opening convenience stores, green grocers, restaurants, cafes, bars, bowling alley as well as a public swimming pool and a park - the Hasenheide, with a popular club Huxley’s adjacent to it. 

Area:

The district of Berlin-Neukölln has always enjoyed great popularity, especially among young people who move here for the lively nightlife. You couldn’t feel safer taking walks here at night.

Public transport:

1 minute walk to the underground station (U7) Rathaus Neukölln, busses (line M171 goes to the Schönefeld airport, M141 goes to the central train station, M104).

Going to PSP Sprachpunkt:

Take the U7 line (direction: Spandau) to the Hermannplatz Station. Change to the M29 bus (direction: Roseneck) and get off at Spreewaldplatz.

Going to Potsdamer Platz:

Take the M141 bus directly to Potsdamer Platz.

Going to Alexanderplatz:

From Potsdamer Platz take the M100 bus, recommended by every guidebook as the travelers favorite, because of the many tourist attractions it passes, to Alexanderplatz.

Going to the Kudamm:

Take the U7 to Hermannplatz and change to the M29 bus. It takes you directly to the Kudamm.
