Accommodation

On request, PSP Sprachpunkt can help you find a suitable accommodation.

In order to do so we need to know the following:

• How much do you want to spend? (Please take into account that we will charge a commission: 70% of the month's rent are for the accommodation bureau and a commission of 119€ goes to PSP Sprachpunkt).

• Are you looking for a shared apartment (shared apartments start at the price of 200€) or would you prefer to have an apartment of your own?

• We also need to know your age.

• Are you a smoker or non-smoker?

Conditions:

• Register yourself for a German Course at least 6 weeks before the course starts.
• Pay the full course fee. Only under this precondition we can organize an accommodation for you.
• A down payment of 300€ must be transferred to our account. This down payment is made up of the commission for the accommodation bureau and a commission for our language school. Should there be money left over, we will deposit this amount as a first installment for the reservation with the landlord.
• Once the payment is transferred to our account, you cannot step back from the contract regarding the booked German course and your contract, which authorizes PSP Sprachpunkt to find a suitable apartment for you.

Contract:

• We  will go apartment-hunting for you and keep you update with photos of the premises.
• You decide which one of the presented rooms you want to rent.
• Once you've decided, we will sign the rental contract with the landlord.
• We will send you a bill listing the exact amount of the commission for the accommodation bureau and for our language school. We will let you know in case the landlord demands a rental deposit.
• You can pay the landlord the remaining amount of the monthly rent at your arrival. In case of a higher monthly rent, it will also be necessary to settle the remaining amount with PSP Sprachpunkt.
